Alternative Winter Break/Missions-like Trip/Service Trip for a weeeeek @L.A.
First thought, well I better let out all the junk there is outta both ends before I get trapped for a week, haha.
Anyway, so I’m off to L.A. tomorrow for a week to work with Homeboy Industries (Google it) and kids of Dolores Missions Church and doing other stuff as well (: Pray for the trip, for the people we will be meeting, and for each one of my group members please.
Hopefully I give what these people need and expect of us from this trip, and hopefully I get that boost in faith that I’ve been needing this past year. And hopefully these people, who have been through more than we could imagine, allow me to see God in them. And hopefully I no longer feel lost in this life.
