Everybody always wants for more.
A man in the streets always wants for money.
A starving child always wants more food.
An orphan always wants a family.
A girl always wants to be called beautiful.
A boy always wants to be strong.
A mother always wants to still be loved by her man and children.
A father always wants to be the man of the house and to the family.
But once they get that little something, we always want more.
Once the man is given money,
he wants to have a job and a home.
Once the child wants more food,
he thirsts for water.
Once an orphan has a family,
he wants to be able to put his guards down.
Once a girl is told she is beautiful,
she wants to dress the part.
Once a boy becomes brawns,
he wants to be brains.
Once a mother is loved by her family,
she wants to take a vacation.
Once a father is dubbed the man,he wants sandwiches… just kidding.
he wants to be able to support his family through thick and thin.
We’re always going to be wanting more,
probably even with religion.
Once we finally meet God,
we’re going to want to see miracles.
Don’t believe me?
Well prove me wrong because I’m pretty sure even the most perfect person that we’re jealous of might seem like they have it all, but inside they know they’re missing something too. They’re yearning for something just as much as we are for something else.
